A seminar course designed to introduce Cal Maritime cadets to the campus community and to prepare students for academic, personal, and professional success through fostering a sense of belonging, equipping students with acadmic strategies and campus resources, helping students navigate campus and department norms and expectations, engaging students in meaningful dialogue, and providing students with opportunities for self-reflection.
